My favorite band is definitely This Beautiful Republic (TBR). They are a Christian Rock band who I got to see in concert. I have their second CD called Perceptions and it is awesome. Here is the song list:
Pain - 93/100 - This song is pretty slow until the end, but the guitar on it is very cool.
Surrender Saved My Life - 95/100 - I really like the parts where the whole band sings "Whoaohoh, whoaohoh"
Learning To Fall - 93/100 - This song has a very pretty piano part in it, but the tune gets a little boring after a while.
Beautifully Broken - 98/100 - This is a song of joy to God because he sees us as his own even though we sin and try to disguise ourselves.
No Turning Back - 92/100 - This is an anthem of perseverance
My God - 100/100 - The most best rockin' song by TBR!!! Way to go TBR!!! Featuring Aaron Gillespie
For The Life Of Me - 100/100 - Really pretty soft song. The best song on the album probably. "for the life of me why'd You bare my chains? for the life of me why'd You walk to Calvary?"
Last Second Chance - 90/100 - This song is pretty good (all songs on this album are good). I really like the guitar in the chorus.
Stay With You Tonight - 93/100 - This is the only song they did at the concert from their new CD because this CD wasn't out yet.
Change The World - 95/100 - This song is really good about getting the message out to work together.
A Point Between Extremes - 97/100 - I think this song is really good about building up to the ending which is awesome!
The Ones - 90/100 - This is my least favorite on the album, but it still has some really great parts in it. It repeats a lot.
Say Goodnight - 98/100 - This song is really great. It makes me want to cry sometimes.
